Return, Refund, and Warranty Policies
The Stage Store is dedicated to providing our customers the products they need. Please contact us within 3 business days of receiving item(s) to initiate a voluntary return, or to initiate replacements for items that have arrived damaged or defective.
Returns
To return an item that is not damaged or defective, let us know within 3 business days.
We cannot return new items that have been used or installed.
Returns must be shipped in the original packing materials, and must include any accessories, paperwork, power supplies, etc. that came with the product. Returns, initiated within the window of 3 business days of receiving the item(s), will be shipped back to The Stage Store at the customer’s expense, and incur a reshelving fee of 25% of the item’s purchase price. Customers will be refunded for the returned item(s), less the 25% reshelving fee, within 5 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
To return an item that arrived to you damaged or defective, let us know within 3 business days. The Stage Store will provide a prepaid shipping label for damaged or defective items to be shipped back, and will initiate the order for replacement items.

The return of damaged or defective items, initiated within the window of 3 business days of receiving the item(s), will be shipped back to The Stage Store at no cost to the customer.
Warranty Information
Warranties on new items vary by manufacturer. Information on a specific item's warranty can be found on its product page. Warranties are handled by the manufacturer. However, The Stage Store is happy to communicate to manufacturers on behalf of our customers at any point during the lifetime of the warranty of products purchased from us. Please contact us to discuss a warranty claim.
